All fees paid to Gurukul Management Studies are generally non-refundable.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

• Duplicate payment due to technical error.
• Incorrect amount debited due to system issue.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after payment.
• Course withdrawal after admission confirmation.
• Failure to attend classes.

4. Refund Process

• Submit refund request with payment proof.
• Verification by accounts team.
• Approval from management.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

6. Charges

Payment gateway charges (if any) will be deducted from refund.
